Who we are

Lean-Interactions develops operational software for manufacturers, construction and installation companies and property developers. Lean ERP manages the work, from quote to invoice. IRP (Information Requirements Planning) links each process step to the information it needs, and shows what is still missing.

Everything we deliver, we develop ourselves. Most of our team are analyst-programmers, and everyone is in contact with customers. Our aim: helping customers work with less searching, better decisions and less stress.

IT account and project manager

You take initiative, show entrepreneurship and can grow over time into the managing director's right hand. You help build the future of the company, including the further roll-out of IRP.

You understand business processes, listen closely to what a customer needs and translate it into a concrete solution in our software. You combine commercial flair with project guidance and product knowledge.

Demos and salesYou give demos to companies considering Lean, translate their questions into solutions and guide them in their decision.
Customer start-upYou guide new customers step by step through a structured start-up.
TrainingYou train users and colleagues, tailored to their role and knowledge.
Analysis and follow-upYou carry out needs analyses, turn them into clear requests for the development team and monitor the quality of the solution.
Customer relationshipYou are the regular point of contact for your customers and spot opportunities to improve how they work.
Market strategyYou build a healthy sales pipeline and help shape our market approach.

Your profile as account and project manager

You have solid experience as a project manager or account manager in IT, preferably with business software such as ERP, MES or CRM.

You hold a higher degree in a commercial or IT field. You speak Dutch fluently; any other language is an asset, French in particular.

You build trust easily, dare to ask further and quickly get to the heart of a question. You think along with the customer and propose improvements that really work. You work independently and take initiative.

IT technical project manager

A key role for someone with experience, maturity and analytical sharpness. You lead projects, bring structure to customer solutions and internal ways of working, and help develop Lean ERP and IRP further.

You combine technical depth with logical thinking and a strong understanding of business processes. You turn complex customer requests into efficient, lasting solutions and take a leading role in the development team.

Coaching the teamYou safeguard the technical quality, architecture and consistency of our solutions, and coach fellow developers through code reviews, discussion and mentoring.
AnalysisYou analyse customers' processes and translate them into clear functional and technical solutions in Lean ERP and IRP.
Leading projectsYou lead one or more projects from analysis to delivery, and act as the bridge between customer, project and development.
Internal ways of workingYou bring structure to our processes, development methods and collaboration, and propose improvements that raise quality and scalability.
Product choicesYou help shape the further development of our products and architectural choices, with an eye for performance and maintainability.
New technologyYou explore new tools and technologies, and apply them where they genuinely improve our way of working and our solutions.

Your profile as technical project manager

You have solid experience (at least 8 to 10 years) as a developer and/or project manager, preferably with business software such as ERP, MES or CRM.

You hold a higher degree in IT and know SQL Server: a large part of our solutions is developed in SQL.

You speak Dutch fluently; any other language is an asset. You dare to ask further, analyse thoroughly and quickly get to the core. You think along with the customer, work independently and communicate easily with very different users.
