Your visit to the website

For every page view, we store in our own platform the page address, the time, a session code and the IP address from which you request the page. We use this activity log to run the website, to detect misuse and to see which pages are viewed.

If you reach the website through a link in one of our emails, that link contains a personal code. The code is stored in a cookie (visitid, 6 months), so that we know which pages were viewed after a click on that email. See also Emails and campaigns.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering a secure, well-functioning website and in measuring the response to our emails.

Cookies and your choice

On your first visit, a banner at the bottom of the page asks for your choice. Until you choose, everything that requires consent stays off.

RejectOnly the necessary cookies. No statistics, no marketing. Any Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies are deleted.
Statistics onlyIn addition: Google Analytics 4, placed through Google Tag Manager, to measure how the website is used.
Accept allIn addition: Leadinfo (which company visits the website) and the Google Ads cookies (measuring which advertisement leads to a visit or a demo request).

Changing or withdrawing your choice: click Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. The banner appears again and you choose again. If you choose Reject, we delete the Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies in your browser. Your choice is stored in the li_consent cookie for 182 days. After that, we ask again.

Google Analytics and Google Ads use Consent Mode: until you give consent, Google Analytics does not load and storage for statistics and advertising stays set to "denied". Advertising data is also redacted as long as you have not accepted the marketing cookies.

Legal basis: your consent for statistics and marketing. For the necessary cookies: our legitimate interest in running the website.

Which cookies and storage do we use?

Necessary (always):

li_consent — your cookie choice, 182 days. · A technical session cookie of the web server, until you close the browser. · visitid — only if you arrive through a link with a personal code, 6 months.

Only on your device (not a cookie): your language choice and, if you booked a demo, your name, email address and company, so that the form is already filled in next time. This data stays in your browser's storage and you can delete it there yourself.

Statistics (after "Statistics only" or "Accept all"): _ga and _ga_<id> from Google Analytics, up to 2 years.

Marketing (only after "Accept all"): the Google Ads cookies (_gcl_…), up to 90 days, and the Leadinfo cookies, up to 2 years.

The lifetime of Google and Leadinfo cookies is set by those services. You can also delete or block cookies yourself in your browser at any time.

Which services do we work with?

We never sell your data. We only share it with services that help us run the website and our appointments. They process the data on our behalf.

MicrosoftHosting of the website and our platform (Azure), our email and calendar (Outlook) and the online demo (Teams).
GoogleGoogle Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (statistics), Google Ads (measuring advertising) and the videos on the website, which play through YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode.
LeadinfoLeadinfo B.V., Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Recognises from the IP address which company visits the website and shows us public company information, such as the company name and address. Only after "Accept all".

You can also opt out directly with Leadinfo, through the opt-out on leadinfo.com.

Booking a demo

If you book an online demo through Book an online demo, we ask for your name, your email address and your company or website. Optionally, you choose interests and leave a comment. We also store the chosen time and the language.

To prevent misuse, we first send a 6-digit code to your email address. The appointment is only confirmed once you enter that code. We do not store the code itself, only an encrypted check value. An unconfirmed request expires after a short time. Each step of the booking is logged, so that we can detect misuse.

The appointment is recorded as an order in our own platform and in the Outlook calendar of the colleague giving the demo. You receive a confirmation email and a Microsoft Teams invitation. The colleague giving the demo, and possibly a second colleague who joins, receive a notification with your details.

Legal basis: your request for a demo (steps prior to a possible contract) and our legitimate interest in protecting the calendar against misuse. After the demo, we contact you about the follow-up, based on our legitimate interest.

Emails and campaigns

Now and then, we send business contacts an email about Lean ERP, IRP or a demo. For this, we use your name, email address and company.

Every link in such an email contains a personal code. If you click, we see that you responded to the email and which pages you viewed afterwards. This tells us which topics interest you.

Unsubscribing: reply to the email asking to be unsubscribed, or write to support@leanint.com. You will then receive no more campaign emails.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in informing business contacts, or your consent if you gave it. You can always unsubscribe free of charge.

Applying for a job

If you apply through hr@leanint.com or one of our vacancies, we use your CV, your contact details and anything else you send us, solely to assess your application.

Legal basis: the steps prior to a possible employment contract. If you would like us to keep your application for a later vacancy, we ask for your consent.

How long do we keep your data?
