What does an ERP cost? How Lean pricing is built up

What an ERP costs depends on what it has to do for you. So you won't find a price list here, but you will find an honest explanation: what the price of Lean consists of, what drives the cost and what is quoted separately.

Why no price list?

Lean is set up for each customer around the way they work: their processes, their documents, their integrations. A company with ten users and one accounting link has a different project from a company with a shop floor, three sites and a customer portal.

A fixed price per package would contain too much for one company and too little for another. We would rather make a proposal that fits, and explain how it is built up.

What the price consists of

Broadly speaking, the price has two parts: using the software, and getting started.

Using the softwareA recurring fee for the use of Lean, hosting on Microsoft Azure, updates and support.
Getting startedA one-off part for the process review, set-up, transferring your data, training and support until you are working smoothly.
What you ask for on topCustom development built specifically for your company, and new integrations, are quoted separately.

What drives the cost

The number of users, and how they work. Someone who spends the whole day at the office on quotes and orders uses Lean differently from an employee who registers hours on the shop floor.

The areas you use. Sales, purchasing, inventory, production, planning, invoicing, projects: the more of your operation runs in Lean, the bigger the project.

How far your way of working differs. Many processes can be handled through set-up. What is truly specific to your company sometimes needs custom development.

Your data. How much data you bring along, from which system, and how clean it is.

Integrations and portals. Which packages Lean has to work with, and which outside parties look in through a portal.

Custom development and integrations

Because we develop Lean ourselves, what is missing can also be built. We estimate that custom work in advance, part by part, so you know what you are deciding on before anything is built.

If an integration already exists, as with most Belgian accounting packages, it is mainly a matter of setting up and testing. A new integration is quoted separately, depending on what the other package allows.

During development you follow progress online. So you see early on what is being built, and you can adjust before it gets expensive.

What changes as you grow

You don't have to do everything at once. You can start with one chain, for example from quote to invoice, and then extend to planning, production or a portal.

When users or areas are added, the usage part changes with them. Starting up a new area is, just like at the beginning, discussed in advance.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there no price on the website?

Because Lean is set up for each customer around the way they work. A fixed package price would contain too much for one company and too little for another. You receive a proposal broken down by part.

What does the price consist of?

A recurring part for using the software and a one-off part for getting started. Custom development and new integrations are quoted separately.

Is custom development estimated in advance?

Yes. We estimate custom work in advance, part by part, so you know what you are deciding on before anything is built.

Do I have to implement everything at once?

No. You can start with one chain and extend later.
