Lean ERP

All Lean ERP features, around one file

These are the features of Lean ERP, from quote to invoice. They are not separate modules you have to connect yourself: they work on the same file, with the same customers, items and prices. Each feature has its own page explaining what it does, what is standard and what we set up at the start.

How the features work together

An order at an installer, a made-to-measure manufacturer or a caterer runs through the same chain. Each step builds on what is already there.

Everything hangs on the customer's or project's file. Open the file and you see the quote, the order, what has been ordered, who works when and what has been invoiced. With IRP you also see at every process step which information is needed and what is still missing.

Sales and customers

Quotes and salesQuotes with price books, packages and a configurator, converted into an order and delivered from the same file.
PortalsYour customer, partner or subcontractor sees for themselves where their file stands and which step is next.

Purchasing and inventory

Purchasing and suppliersSuppliers per item, price requests, purchases from the sales order and a purchase simulation of what is needed.

Standard or tailored?

The features on this page are part of Lean ERP. What differs per company are the choices: your documents and layouts, your prices, your process steps, which areas you use and how they behave. We put those choices in place with you at the start.

Lean is our own software, developed in Deerlijk since 2009, with our own developers. If a process does not fit what Lean provides, we look together at whether a setting is enough or whether we build something.
