Yuki integration with Lean ERP

Your accounts are kept in Yuki, often together with your accountancy firm. With the Yuki integration you create sales invoices in Lean and send them to Yuki. Lean reads back from Yuki which invoices are still open.

Which data goes to Yuki?

The Yuki integration is an online connection. Lean sends invoices directly to your administration in Yuki, using the key that Yuki provides for this.

Sales invoicesWith lines, VAT and due date, as created in Lean.
Credit notesThe credit notes you create in Lean also go to Yuki.
Zero-value invoicesAn invoice with a total of zero can go too, if you set it up that way.

Payments: Yuki knows what is open

Yuki keeps track of open receivables: which invoices have not yet been (fully) paid. Lean reads that list from Yuki and sets the amount paid on each posted invoice: the invoice amount minus what is still open in Yuki.

Your sales staff or project manager can see in Lean which customer still has to pay, without access to the accounts.

Please note: for payments, Yuki is the reference. A payment recorded in Lean that Yuki does not yet know about is reset to the Yuki amount at the next synchronisation. So record payments in Yuki.

Conditions and limitations

Sales onlyThe connection sends sales invoices and credit notes. Purchase invoices do not go to Yuki through this connection.
One key per administrationEach invoicing entity in Lean holds the connection code of its Yuki administration.
No double sendingLean marks the invoices in a run; an invoice that has already gone is not sent again.
Pro forma stays in LeanA pro forma invoice does not go to accounting.

Standard connection, online

The connection with Yuki is a standard connection. Yuki is an online package, so there is no version to choose: Lean talks to the Yuki administration for which you create a key.

What differs per customer is the set-up: which invoicing entity goes to which administration, and whether zero-value invoices are included.

Frequently asked questions

Can I send purchase invoices to Yuki through Lean?

No, the Yuki integration sends sales invoices and credit notes. Purchase invoices are processed in Yuki itself.

Where do I record a payment?

In Yuki. Lean reads the open items from Yuki and sets the amount paid on the invoice. A payment that exists only in Lean is overwritten at the next synchronisation.

Does the connection work with several administrations?

Yes. Each invoicing entity in Lean has its own Yuki codes.
