Admisol accounting integration with Lean ERP

Your accounts are kept in Admisol. With the Admisol integration, Lean turns your sales and purchase invoices into a file and e-mails it to whoever imports it into the accounts. No retyping, and you decide when a batch goes.

A file connection: how does it work?

The connection with Admisol is a file connection. Lean does not talk directly to Admisol, but produces a file containing the invoices you marked. That file is e-mailed to the address you specify: your accountant, or your own accounts department.

There, the file is imported into Admisol. Once that is done, you mark the batch as processed in Lean. That way everyone knows which invoices are already in the accounts.

Which data goes to Admisol?

Sales invoices and credit notesWith customer, lines, VAT and due date.
Purchase invoicesThe purchase invoices you enter and check in Lean go too.
The date sentOn each invoice, Lean records when it went to accounting.

How does this differ from an online connection?

With an online connection, Lean gets a reply from the accounting package for each invoice. With a file connection it does not: Lean knows the file has gone, but not whether the import succeeded. That final confirmation is therefore a step for your invoicing team.

The advantage: no technical link with Admisol is needed. Even if your accountant works in another office, with their own Admisol, they simply receive a file.
